NAREE is a professional consultancy that provides technical and project management services for sustainable development projects in the public sector.

NAREE was founded in 2014 by a group of like-minded professionals with years of experience in Asian Development Bank- and World Bank-funded projects in China. Over a span of six years, we have accumulated extensive experience with projects financed by various international organizations, focusing primarily on the environment, energy, agriculture, climate change, urban infrastructure and development, social services, and international trade and economic development. We were among the top two consultants from Hong Kong involved in ADB consulting services contracts between 2016-2020.

Based in Hong Kong, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Nanjing, our core team comprises project managers and specialists with backgrounds in environmental science, policy, and engineering, resource management, as well as sociology and resettlement studies. We also have a reliable network of independent international and local specialists whom we engage based on individual project needs.
